Azkals Fly to Bahrain

Preparation for the Suzuki Cup and the Asian Cup begin in earnest this September as the team fly to Bahrain today.

Below are the selected players for the Azkals September Camp:

Aside from these players, a few new, exciting faces will also join the team for training this month, namely Amin Nazari, John-Patrick Straus, and the comebacking Alvaro Silva. Several Azkals are currently injured but will rejoin the team in October.

Coach Scott Cooper will head the training sessions and the friendly versus Bahrain on September 6.

The team has arrived in Bahrain after leaving the Philippines yesterday morning.
